Pizza aux aubergines et champignons

8 slices of frozen grilled aubergine

150g of Panzani Bolognese

100g of mushrooms

1 big ball of mozzarella

1. Roll out the pizza dough. Cover in Panzani Bolognese sauce up to 1 cm away from the edge.

2. Arrange the grilled strips of aubergine and mushrooms, and cover with mozzarella slices. Pour a drizzle of olive oil on top. Salt, Pepper. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

3. Garnish with basil leaves. Serve hot.
