Pizza aux aubergines et champignons

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 8 slices of frozen grilled aubergine
  • 150g of Panzani Bolognese
  • 100g of mushrooms
  • 1 big ball of mozzarella
  • Basil
  • Olive oil

Etapes de préparation

  • 1. Roll out the pizza dough. Cover in Panzani Bolognese sauce up to 1 cm away from the edge.
  • 2. Arrange the grilled strips of aubergine and mushrooms, and cover with mozzarella slices. Pour a drizzle of olive oil on top. Salt, Pepper. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 3. Garnish with basil leaves. Serve hot.
  • For a vegetarian dish, replace the Bolognese sauce with another, meatless Panzani sauce!
