  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • thyme

Preparations steps

  • 1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic and sauté in 2 tablespoons of oil.
