400g Panzani Macaroni

2 onions

2 garlic cloves

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 red bell pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 green pepper

1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic and sauté in 2 tablespoons of oil.

2. During this time, halve the peppers, removed the seeds and slice them into 1 cm strips.

3. Pour into the pan and season with thyme. Cook, covered, for 6 minutes on low heat.

4. Meanwhile, cook the Macaroni until "al dente," then drain.
