Fusilli
Fusilli sauce au gorgonzola et courgettes

400g of Panzani Fusilli
-
120g Gorgonzola
-
2 courgettes
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
Parsley
-
Salt
-
Pepper

1. Cook pasta according to the packaging instructions (set aside a little pasta water for later).

2. Simmer the courgette in a skillet with a little bit of oil. Add salt, pepper and 1.5 dl of pasta cooking water.

3. Add Gorgonzola and simmer for a little while until you get a nice creamy sauce.

4. Pour the cooked pasta into the sauce, mix and add coarsely chopped parsley.
