Macaroni
Macaroni aux brocolis, sauce vin rouge et anchois

400g Panzani Macaroni

1 broccoli
-
1 onion
-
1 clove garlic
-
2 tbsp of oil
-
1 small box of tomato passata

1 dl red wine
-
1 small box of anchovies

c. à soupe d'huile 200g

1. Cut the broccoli into small bunches.

2. Peel and chop the garlic and fry it in oil. Pour the passata and wine in and reduce for 4 minutes over medium heat.

3. Meanwhile, cook pasta until "al dente" in boiling water and throw in the heads of broccoli for 1 minute prior to draining.

4. Return to a boil, then drain.

5. Mix the sauce and pasta up and dress it.

6. Garnish with anchovies.
