Gratin de Torti aux carottes et au cumin

300g of Panzani Torti

300g carrot puree

300ml crème fraîche

Cumin
-
300ml milk
-
30g grated parmesan

Salt and freshly ground pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

2. Prepare the mixture by stirring the milk, cream, and carrot puree together.

3. Correct the seasoning of salt, pepper and cumin.

4. Put the pasta into a baking dish and pour the mixture over the pasta.

5. Bake 20 minutes at 200ºC. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add a few slices of parmesan, then finish cooking.

6. When it comes out of the oven let stand for 10 minutes to allow the liquid to absorb.
