Gratin de Torti aux carottes et au cumin

  • 300g of Panzani Torti
  • 300g carrot puree
  • 300ml crème fraîche
  • Cumin
  • 300ml milk
  • 30g grated parmesan
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparations steps

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  • 2. Prepare the mixture by stirring the milk, cream, and carrot puree together.
  • 3. Correct the seasoning of salt, pepper and cumin.
  • 4. Put the pasta into a baking dish and pour the mixture over the pasta.
  • 5. Bake 20 minutes at 200ºC. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add a few slices of parmesan, then finish cooking.
  • 6. When it comes out of the oven let stand for 10 minutes to allow the liquid to absorb.
