Fettuccini
Gratin de Fettucine à la dinde, fromage mozzarella et cottage

400g of Panzani Fettuccine

500g minced turkey
-
400g canned tomatoes
-
250g mozzarella stick

250g cottage cheese
-
1 bunch of green onions
-
1 small onion
-
1 tsp dried oregano

1. Throw the pasta into pre-salted boiling water for 7 minutes.

2. Brown the finely minced onion in a pan with oil, add the turkey meat and fry it.

3. Stir the canned tomatoes and oregano in with the meat, season with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.

4. In the meantime, mix the cottage cheese with marjoram in a dish.

5. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with oil, spread half of the meat onto the bottom, add the cooked pasta, the cottage cheese, and finally the rest of the meat. Bake for 30 minutes.

6. Remove the pasta from the oven and top with green onions, having chopped them into sticks, as well as the tomato slices and shredded mozzarella.

7. Return to the oven and cook for another 10 minutes, approximately.
