Cannelloni poire nappage chocolat

  • 250g of Panzani Cannelloni
  • 250ml milk
  • 2 vanilla beans
  • 7 pears
  • 150g of bitter chocolate
  • 100g of butter
  • 100g sugar

Etapes de préparation

  • 1. Cook the Cannelloni in the milk, along with the vanilla beans (cut lengthwise and scraped out) for 12 minutes on low heat.
  • 2. Drain, then peel and cut the pears into pieces.
  • 3. In a skillet, melt the butter and sugar until you have a light caramel. Add the pears and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  • 4. Fill the Cannelloni with the caramelized pears. Melt the chocolate.
  • 5. Just before serving, drizzle hot chocolate over the Cannelloni.
  • To add a bit of flavour you can marinate the cannelloni in Armagnac during step 2
