Couscous
Salade de crevettes au Couscous parfumé

500g of Panzani Couscous

200g peeled cooked shrimp
-
1 bunch of parsley
-
1 tsp cumin
-
1 tsp paprika
-
2 tablespoons olive oil

Lemon juice

1. Prepare the Couscous grains: in a large bowl, pour in the couscous and add an equal volume of water.

2. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.

3. Remove clumps with a fork.

4. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.

5. Mix the lemon, oil and salt together in a mixing bowl, then add the washed and chopped parsley, the spices and the shrimp. Stir together well, then add the couscous grains.

6. Mix together again and serve chilled.
