300ml crème fraîche

200ml milk

200g of mozzarella

1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

2. Prepare the mixture: stir the cooked courgettes in with the Espelette chilli, milk and cream.

3. Correct seasoning.

4. Slice the mozzarella. Put the pasta into the bottom of a baking dish. Pour the mixture over it and lay the mozzarella slices on top.

5. Cook for 20 minutes and let stand for 10 minutes to allow the liquid to absorb.
