Farfalle
Farfalle à la roquette

400g Panzani Mini Farfalle

1 red chilli pepper
-
1 clove garlic
-
3 handfuls of minced cherry tomatoes

1 handful of chopped black olives
-
3 finely chopped handfuls of rocket

Some olive oil
-
1 handful of parmesan shavings
-
1. Cook the pasta in pre-salted boiling water according to the time indicated on the packaging.

2. Simmer the minced garlic cloves and chopped chilli pepper until golden.

3. Add the cherry tomatoes and olives to the mixture and stir in for 5 minutes.

4. Combine everything into the pasta pot and season, keeping it over the heat.

5. Remove the pasta from the heat and add in the rocket, stirring well.

6. Serve it up with a sprinkling of shaved parmesan and you're all set!
