Farfalle à la roquette

Ingredients

  • 400g Panzani Mini Farfalle
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 handfuls of minced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful of chopped black olives
  • 3 finely chopped handfuls of rocket
  • Some olive oil
  • 1 handful of parmesan shavings

Preparations steps

  • 1. Cook the pasta in pre-salted boiling water according to the time indicated on the packaging.
  • 2. Simmer the minced garlic cloves and chopped chilli pepper until golden.
  • 3. Add the cherry tomatoes and olives to the mixture and stir in for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Combine everything into the pasta pot and season, keeping it over the heat.
  • 5. Remove the pasta from the heat and add in the rocket, stirring well.
  • 6. Serve it up with a sprinkling of shaved parmesan and you're all set!
