Spaghetti
Spaghetti au curry et poivron jaune

500g of Spaghetti Panzani

50g of olive oil
-
2 yellow bell pepper cut in quarters
-
1 onion cut in quarters
-
5g of salt
-
5 g of curry
-
2g of turmeric
-
Sprinkle of white pepper
-
100ml
-
1. Cook the Spaghetti following pack instructions.

2. Pour the olive oil into a saucepan.

3. Add the onion and yellow bell pepper.
-
4. Cook over low heat till they wilt.

5. Add the curry and the turmeric.
-
6. Pour a little bit of water until it bowls, then add some water until it bowls again then repeat the process several times.

7. Add the salt, the white pepper and mix till it is well cooked.

8. Use an electric hand mixer and blend until the mixture becomes smooth.

9. Pour the mixture over the Spaghetti and mix.

10. Decorate with diced red bell pepper.
