Burger à l'italienne au pesto

  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 hamburgers
  • 4 tablespoons of Panzani Pesto
  • 2 mozzarella balls
  • 4 thin slices of Italian smoked ham
  • 8 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 lettuce heart

Preparations steps

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  • 2. Cut the buns in half. Lightly grill the undersides of them. Spread pesto on top.
  • 3. In a hot skillet, sear the hamburgers for 1 minute on each side. In the meantime, cut the mozzarella into thin slices, and dice the sun-dried tomatoes.
  • 4. Put 1 hamburger onto each pesto-lathered half bun, salt and pepper. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella. Bake for 8 minutes.
  • 5. Just before serving, place 1 slice of ham on each burger, 1 leaf of lettuce heart, then close the bun, pressing lightly, and serve immediately!
  • If you don't have any sun-dried tomatoes, use fresh tomatoes that are ripe and tasty.
