Serpentini aux champignons

Ingrédients

  • 400g of Panzani Serpentini
  • 250g sliced mushrooms
  • 1 courgette
  • Chives
  • Salt, pepper
  • Butter

Etapes de préparation

  • 1. Cook the Serpentini in boiling salted water following the directions on the packet.
  • 2. Brown the mushrooms in some butter in a frying pan.
  • 3. Peel and slice the courgette. Boil it for about 1 minute. Drain it well and mix it with the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper.
  • 4. Put the vegetables over your cooked pasta. Mix.
  • 5. Chop the chives and sprinkle the dish with them before serving.
