Serpentini aux champignons

400g of Panzani Serpentini

250g sliced mushrooms

1 courgette
-
Chives
-
Salt, pepper

Butter

1. Cook the Serpentini in boiling salted water following the directions on the packet.

2. Brown the mushrooms in some butter in a frying pan.

3. Peel and slice the courgette. Boil it for about 1 minute. Drain it well and mix it with the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper.

4. Put the vegetables over your cooked pasta. Mix.

5. Chop the chives and sprinkle the dish with them before serving.
