Couscous à la sauce tomate et au thon

250g of Panzani Couscous

600g tuna
-
1 red onion
-
1 lime
-
2 tbsp chopped basil
-
2 tbsp chopped parsley
-
2 tbsp chopped cilantro

2 garlic cloves

1. Prepare the Couscous according to the instructions on the package. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan.

2. Remove the seeds from tomatoes, peel the red onion, cut the chilli and the red pepper in half and remove the seeds. Dice the vegetables and toss together.

3. Add crushed garlic, basil, cilantro, parsley, nuts, a pinch of salt, pepper, lime juice and olive oil.

4. Gently mix the tomato salsa with the Couscous.

5. Sauté the tuna steak in a pan with a dash of oil for about one minute on each side. The steak will be cooked rare at this point. If you wish, you can cook it a little further.
