Salade de Farfalle aux crevettes et à l'avocat

400g Panzani Farfalle
-
250g of fresh or frozen jumbo shrimp
-
2 avocados
-
1 lemon juice
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
Chives
-
Salt and pepper

1. Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce with the olive oil & lemon juice. Salt and pepper.

2. Chop up the chives, peel the shrimp and dice the avocados.

3. When the pasta is cooked, drain, and mix in with the vinaigrette.

4. Dress in the serving dish. Arrange the shrimp and the diced avocado, and sprinkle with chives.

5. Let it cool in the refrigerator before serving.
