Macaroni aux champignons et au thym

400g Panzani Macaroni

200g of mushrooms
-
2 shallots
-
2 garlic cloves
-
150ml cream
-
100ml white wine
-
Thyme
-
A handful of parsley

1. Cook pasta according to directions on package.

2. Simmer the finely chopped shallots and garlic in the olive oil, add mushrooms and thyme, and sauté briefly.

3. Pour in the white wine and allow to reduce.

4. Add cream and heat until you get a creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Add the pasta and chopped parsley to this base and heat well.
