Couscous
Taboulé aux raisins et pignons de pin

150g of Panzani Couscous

2 bunches of grapes

1 bunch of chives
-
12 parsley branches

120g of fresh goat's cheese

Peanut oil
-
Walnut oil, 40g of pine nuts

Salt, pepper

1. In a bowl, mix the Couscous in with a tablespoon of peanut oil and a glass of salt water.

2. Let it rest for 20 min in the fridge.

3. Remove clumps with a fork, then add the pine nuts, diced goat cheese, strips of ham, grapes, and finely chopped herbs.

4. Make the vinaigrette by combining the wine vinegar, peanut oil, walnut oil, mustard, salt, and pepper.

5. Pour it over the mixture and mix it all up gently.

6. Allow to rest in the refrigerator again, and serve chilled.

For a vegetarian dish, take the ham out and replace it with whatever ingredient you please!
