Torti Tricolore, saucisses et courgettes

400g Panzani Torti Tricolore

4 sausages

1 courgette
-
25 ml cream
-
3 garlic cloves
-
1 cl of white wine

Parmesan

Salt, pepper

1. Throw the pasta into pre-salted boiling water for 7 minutes.

2. Peel the sausage skin off, then chop it into half-moons.

4. Sauté, pour the wine in, allow to cook and add the cream.

5. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Add the pasta in and stir together well.

7. Serve with grated parmesan.
