  • 400g Panzani Torti Tricolore
  • 4 sausages
  • 1 courgette
  • 25 ml cream
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cl of white wine
  • Parmesan
  • Salt, pepper

Etapes de préparation

  • 1. Throw the pasta into pre-salted boiling water for 7 minutes.
  • 2. Peel the sausage skin off, then chop it into half-moons.
  • 4. Sauté, pour the wine in, allow to cook and add the cream.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6. Add the pasta in and stir together well.
  • 7. Serve with grated parmesan.
