Couscous sucré à la cannelle

  • 400g of Panzani Couscous
  • 120 of melted butter
  • 80g powdered sugar

Preparations steps

  • 1. Prepare the Couscous. Pour the Couscous into a large bowl, and add the same amount of water. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Separate clumps with a fork.
  • 2. Stir in 1/3 of the cinnamon and then 1/3 of the caster sugar and the melted butter.
  • 3. Arrange the couscous into a dome shape on a platter. Moving from the top down, draw ribbon shapes onto it, using the remaining powdered sugar and cinnamon.
