Spaghetti à l'ail, l'huile et au piment

Ingredients

  • 400g of Panzani Spaghetti
  • 2 chillies
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt

Preparations steps

  • 1. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
  • 2. Cut chilli peppers in half; remove the seeds and slice.
  • 3. In a pan with olive oil, sauté sliced garlic until golden; add chilli and 5 tablespoons of pasta water.
  • 4. Add cooked pasta; season with salt and toss with chopped parsley.
  • 5. Serve with grated parmesan.
