Wok de Torti au poulet et à l'ananas

  • 400g of Panzani Torti
  • 400g of chicken fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small fresh pineapple
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • Curry

Etapes de préparation

  • 1. Dice the chicken into small cubes, peel and chop the onion.
  • 2. Peel the pineapple, remove the hard centre and dice the flesh into small cubes.
  • 3. Heat oil in the wok. Sear the chicken and onion and season with curry powder.
  • 4. Meanwhile, cook pasta until al dente in boiling water.
  • 5. Add the diced pineapple to the meat and cook, stirring, until slightly caramelized.
  • 6. Drain the pasta and mix it in with the wok mixture.
