Linguine
Linguine au pesto de basilic, courgettes et tomates cerise

400g Panzani Linguine

1 courgette
-
250g cherry tomatoes
-
Basil leaves
-
5 garlic cloves
-
200g Parmesan
-
50g pine nuts
-
3 dl olive oil

1. Cook the pasta.

2. In a mortar or blender, prepare the basil pesto by adding 2 garlic cloves, the pine nuts and the parmesan.

3. Sauté the diced courgettes in a saucepan with olive oil.

4. Add remaining garlic. Add cherry tomatoes, pour a little bit of cooking water from the pasta in and season with salt and pepper.

5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and heat.

6. Remove from heat and incorporate the pesto.

7. Serve with grated parmesan.
