Spaghetti
Shawarma de bœuf au tahini, spaghettis Napolitains, biwaz

180g of cooked beef Shawarma

160g of cooked Panzani Spaghetti

20g of Panzani Napoletana sauce
-
20g of Tahini (tarator)
-
1 slice of Pita bread

10g of fresh parsley
-
1 tomato
-
1/2 onion

1. In boiling water, add salt and cook the Spaghetti for as long as indicated on the package.

2. Drain the Spaghetti and set aside

3. Meanwhile, cook the beef Shawarma in a pre-heated pan
-
4. Prepare the Biwaz by mixing tomato slices, julienne onions, parsley leaves and sumac
-
5. On a serving place, roll the Spaghetti using the Spaghetti fork and top with Panzani Napoletana sauce.

6. Add the cooked Shawarma beef in the middle of the plate and top with Tahini
-
7. Place one slice of Pita bread and add the mixed Biwaz on top
