Spaghetti
Spaghetti aux crevettes safranées

400g of Panzani Spaghetti

300g of prawns

1 clove garlic
-
2 teaspoons of saffron

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

2 tablespoons olive oil

1. Cook the Spaghetti in a pot of salted water.

2. During this time, fry the chopped garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

3. Then, on a low heat, add the soya sauce, the chopped parsley and the saffron. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes and add the peeled prawns to it, so they thoroughly soak up the sauce you've obtained.

4. Mix it all together with the warm pasta.
