Lasagne
Feuilles de Lasagne fourrées à l'ashta et aux noisettes grillées

4 Panzani Lasagne sheets

20g of honey
-
80g of Ashta
-
20g of hazelnuts
-
1 tsp of orange blossom water
-
1 tsp of rose water
-
Bit of orange zest
-
Pistachio powder
-
1. Roast the hazelnuts and let them cool.

2. Cook the Lasagne sheets for seven or eight minutes.

3. Put the ashta in a bowl.

4. Add the honey, the orange blossom water, the rose water, the orange zest and the hazelnuts and mix.

5. Stuff each Lasagne sheet with 40 grams of the ashta mixture, then roll the sheets.

6. Put vertically each Lasagne sheet on a serving dish and decorate with pistachio powder and rose petal jam.
