Pates Alfabeto aux amandes

500g of Panzani Mini Alfabeto pasta

250g shelled, toasted, and blended almonds

4.5cl of liquid honey

4 natural whipped yoghurt pots

400g of various fruits (watermelon, melon, nectarines)

1. Cook the pasta in oiled and salted boiling water for 8 mins.

2. Remove and place in a colander until cool.

3. Stir the pasta and the almonds together in a bowl.

4. Put the mixed almonds and pasta in the centre of a serving dish and arrange fruits and spoonfuls of Yoghurt all around.

5. Drizzle it all with honey.
