Farfalle
Salade de Farfalle au surimi et aux raisins secs

400g of Panzani Farfalle

A few surimi sticks
-
100g sweet corn
-
2 handfuls of raisins

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt, pepper

1. Cook the Farfalle in salted boiling water for 10 minutes and then drain it.

2. When the pasta is cooked, run it under cold water and drain it. Then put it in a large salad bowl and add lemon juice.

3. Cut the surimi sticks into small cubes and drain the sweet corn. Add the surimi, raisins and sweet corn kernels to the salad bowl.

4. Add salt and pepper. Mix well and serve immediately.
